Abdulah Bajaba, 博士学位, is an assistant professor of business management at the Davis School of Business with an emphasis on organizational behavior 和 leadership. 加入CMU之前, Bajaba taught courses in management of organizations, student first-year experience, international management 和 business administration capstone. He also participated as a coach in a workplace training, development 和指导 course, which is a service-learning course in which students were coached to create a training plan for a local business.

Bajaba's passion involves releasing the hidden potential of individuals in the workplace by exploring 和 investigating the field of management 和 psychology through academic research, 教学 和指导. He is the former president of the Doctor of Business Administration Association at Louisiana Tech University 和 worked as an undergraduate research assistant in the field of psychology during his time at Boston University.

Bajaba’s research interests include the bright 和 dark side of individual differences in the workplace (e.g., adaptive personality, 自我效能感, motivation) 和 their influence on employee well-being 和 the resulting coping behaviors; moreover, he is interested in how different leadership styles might affect such relationships. Bajaba has been awarded the Outst和ing Research Award in 2021 和 2019 from Louisiana Tech University as well as the Certificate of Achievement for Best Student Paper Nominee in 2020 from the Midwest Academy of Management Conference. His work has been published in various journals such as Frontiers in Psychology, Journal of Psychology当代心理学 和 presented at conferences such as the Academy of Management 和 Southern Management Association.
